		Our aim is to provide flexible training solutions that cover all client requirements. On-Site Support is seen as a flexible alternative to the 'classroom' training model for Microsoft Office Training. On-Site support is particularly suitable for senior management who want to increase their I.T. skills but cannot justify whole day training sessions. On-Site Support is a complete I.T. training support solution providing: Training Needs Analysis: We can carry out an initial survey and together with you, identify the business and individual training needs. Programme Planning: Based on the needs analysis, one of our experienced trainers will suggest a training programme to achieve the identified training requirements. Training Implementation: One or more specialist tutors will visit your site and provide training   in  a number of ways: Clinic sessions working with individuals at their desks. Clinic sessions based in a separate designated room or area. Small group sessions where common issues have been  identified. Post Training Feedback: Training evaluations will be completed and a training assessment provided by the tutor.
